This website is delivered via the Lovable platform. When you visit it, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time, page visited, browser type) is processed to deliver the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you use the contact form, we process your details (name, email, optionally company, phone, category, quantity, preferred date, message and language) to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). They are stored in a database of the backend service Lovable Cloud, accessible only to us.

Data is deleted once your enquiry has been fully handled and no statutory retention obligations apply. On request we delete it earlier at any time.

Optionally uploaded files (e.g. logos or artwork) are stored in a non-public storage area of Lovable Cloud and used only to handle your enquiry. They are not sent by email.

To prevent abuse we use an invisible check field, a minimum completion time and a limit on enquiries per hour. For this we store a pseudonymised hash of your IP address with the enquiry, not the IP address itself (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We are notified of new enquiries by email using the Resend service (Resend, Inc., USA). The notification is sent from contact@centria.solutions to info@centria.solutions and contains your form details; your email address is set as the reply-to address.

Data may be transferred to the USA in the process (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). More information: https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy

This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies and no tracking services. Only your language preference is saved in your browser's local storage; you can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

The Manrope font is served locally from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external font provider.

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). Contact info@centria.solutions to exercise them.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
